980 is a 1993 vintage, Ontario Yachts built, Etchells. Always dry sailed, well maintained. Raced regularly even into a weird COVID addled season. Laying in Chicago on a good trailer that admittedly does need new tires.
Rigging wise she has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Meaning the rigging is maintained, but still to a 1993 vintage. No electric pumps or mast rams. But she does have easy adjust Brogla turnbuckles on the lowers, and Ronstan on the uppers.
Older but serviceable Doyle inventory.
