1972 Morgan 27. Same owners since ’98. This class of boat was a monster in its day. Lots of restoration and in sail-away condition. Deck re-cored and is rock solid. Keel to hull re-done. No “smile” which is common for these boats. 9 winches as it was used for racing early on. Sails are in excellent condition: Battened Main, 155 Genoa and 140 Asymmetrical Spinaker. All sails by Moorhouse MacCausland (Medford NJ). 2 other old but usable mains. 130 and 150 Genoas as spares. Storm Sail. Also at least 2 traditional spinnakers. Boat has been set up for 1-2 week cruising. and has shore power with charger, 2 group 27 batteries. 2 water tanks, Origo Stove on gimbal. cabin sole also replaced.
