The SoCal-based Farr 40 Temptress had a pretty devastating fire down below, which appears to have been caused by a dehumidifier gone wrong. The mast melted and compressed, the deck is ruined, and the hull doesn’t look too bueno either. But I think that .5 kite will be just fine…
