It’s purely coincidental but when the low tide lines up with a winter northerly on the San Francisco Bay, the best tool for the job is a land board and a wing. The beach is hard packed and wide open from Fort Point to the St. Francis Yacht Club.
Tuesdays’ mid-winter surprise got 6 of us out there on wings with top speeds up to 27 mpg. There were a few face plants but at the end of the day- all smiles.
