US Sailing and the Board-led search committee are identifying a professional search firm to assist with identifying a CEO for US Sailing. We will be channeling all inquiries to the selected professional search firm.
In regards to Paul Cayard, as part of his role on the Olympic Sailing Committee, he is leading a project with McKinsey & Co. to outline the opportunities for the US Sailing Team over the next eight years leading to the Olympic Games in Long Beach.
