Departing on the morning of June 19 from Saint-Malo to join Saint-Nazaire, the crew of 4 sailors, from the Multi50 Solidaires En Peloton – ARSEP, led by Thibaut Vauchel-Camus took the start of the SNSM Record the same day at the end of ‘afternoon. In the viewfinder? Beat Yvan Bourgnon’s record of 13 hours and 26 minutes over the 280 miles of the route between Saint-Nazaire and Saint-Malo.
The Multi 50 finally took 14 hours and 19 minutes to complete the course and failed 52 minutes to snatch its title from Yvan Bourgnon , winner of all categories. Read on.
