A little late to the party, but it’s a good thing…
The Japan unit of sail manufacturer North Sails has switched to making gowns for medical personnel fighting the coronavirus. North Sails Japan has put sail cloth and in-house skills to good use to provide much-needed protective gowns to health care workers.
As in other countries around the world, emergency workers in Japan are running short of protective equipment and North Sails Japan Inc was approached by a doctor who has a sailboat to ask if the company might be able to produce gowns for the hospital where he works. Read on.
