US brokerage Seattle Yachts has formed a wholly owned subsidiary, Marine Manufacturing Group (MMG), to purchase the assets of Tartan Legacy Yachts – an Ohio-based builder of Tartan sailboats, Legacy powerboats, and AMP brand carbon fiber masts and spars.
