The dominator of day one of the Melges 20 Miami Winter Series, Vladimir Prosikhin RUS and his team, had a bad day in the three races of yesterday, dropping on rank 2 behind the new leader Igor Rytov RUS. Sam Barron-Fox GBR remains 3rd. Seven points behind, Daniel Thielman, San Francisco, CA, USA, and Paul Reilly, Chicago, IL, USA, tied on the ranks 4 and 5, are the best USA teams. A CAN boat has joined the race yesterday with Rhonda Joyce CAN as skipper, bringing the fleet to 14 participants. —– The results
