By cutting the finish line at Las Palmas de Gran Canaria at 6.30 am (French time), Ambrogio Beccaria won the first stage of the La Boulangère Mini-Transat, after 8 days, 19 hours, 52 minutes and 07 seconds of racing. Favorite of the series race, the Italian skipper held his rank despite a complex scenario and reversals.
Félix De Navacelle took second place, 1 hour and 43 minutes behind Ambrogio. And it was Matthieu Vincent who completed the podium (2 hours and 40 minutes of the winner). Read on.
