Italia Yachts unveils their newest model, the IY 14.98/50. Designed by Cossutti Yacht Design, which also designed the IY new for you?13.98/47 and three time ORC World Champion winning M37, the IY 14.98 is a merging of the brands blue water cruisers and sport boats. This has created the ultimate high performance cruiser with complete offshore capability. Italia Yachts had a goal in mind starting two years ago, create new yachts where nothing was compromised while attaining maximum performance and comfort, this dream has been realized with the IY 11.98 and now the 14.98.The IY 14.98 features two sub models. The Bellissma, which is designed for total comfort at sea without compromising on her performance. Higher trim levels and special accents allow the owner to create a unique experience unlike any other yacht builder in the World. The Sport model has small but important changes. Hull side windows are removed, providing for a sleek and clean exterior. As well the interior furnishing is slightly adjusted while still maintaining the plush comfort. This has lowered the weight and created the perfect platform for competing in distance races in total comfort.
The Sport model will also be available in a tiller steering version and the option to add water ballasting. The launch of Hull 1 will be at a special event early Spring 2020, and orders maybe placed for delivery the USA for Summer 2020.
