You are correct that the Round the Island Race it was won by a bilge keeler, but not like the piece of shit kind shown in the image posted with the article. I know – I was there all fuking day drifting around, finally finishing at 21.36. The boat in question was an Alacrity 18, but pimped beyond all recognition. Read more here.
