The veteran Carl Buchan USA with son Jamie Buchan as crew defended the first place all thru the Star Western Hemisphere Championship, a Silver Star event, and earned title after the two races of yesterday held again in light winds around 8kn. The Olympic medalists Brian Ledbetter USA (Finn 92)/Magnus Liljeahl USA (Star 2000) finished on 2nd and Eric Doyle/Payson Infelise USA completed the podium in San Diego CA. —– The ranking list and the news.
