Tommy Sitzmann (Lauderdale YC) finished on top in the 2019 Optimist Trials, the qualifier for international competitions, held on the West Coast from May 2 to 5. 3 points behind followed Samara Walshe (Edgartown YC). Gil Hackel (Lauderdale YC) on rank 3 was another 6 points back.
