The Golden Globe Race – Istvan Koper HUN final approach as 4th

After 260 days underway, Istvan Koper HUN is now approaching the finish line in Les Sables dOlonne. Crossing the Bay of Biscay, he has 250nm left before he terminates the 50-Year-Jubilee of the first Round-the-Globe Race as 4th, ETA next Thursday. Of the 18 participants entering the race, 3 arrived already and another 3 are still underway. Tapio Lehtinen FIN will arrive as 5th, but only in May as he is still sailing in the South Atlantic.The report.
