After the windless thursday strong winds between 15 and 20kn and big waves dominated the 3rd day of the Christmas Race. In the 3 races of the day the fleets were decimated by capsizes and retirments. In the 470 men Matteo Capurro/Matteo Puppo ITA won all 3 races and took over the lead. Delange/Lepoutre FRA follows on 2nd. In the Finns Milan Vujasinovic CRO climbd on top of the rankings, Alejandro Muscat ESP and Joan Cardona ESP are completing the podium. In the Laser Radial Men Pirmin Sablatnig AUT is the new leder. In the Radial Women Elena Vorobeva CRO moved up to first. In the Laser Standard the Brits are dominating: Joseph Mullan GBR; Jordan Giles GBR and Ben Flower GBR are occupying the podium. The 420 ended their qualifications for the Gold- and Silverfleet. Sophie Steinlein/Jonas Royla GER are leading by just on point on Sposato/Centrone ITA and Sepe/Cirillo ITA, both on equal points.
