GC32-Catamaran – Extreme Sailig Series – Act 3 – Barcelona ESP – Day 1

In Barcelona, the 3rd Act of the Extreme Sailing Series kicked off yesterday with winds over 20knots. Roman Hagara AUT with his Red Bull Sailing Team managed the tough conditions best and is the first leader. 3 points behind follows SAP Extreme Sailing with Adam Minoprio NZL in 2nd place. Further 2 points behind in 3 rd are Alinghi with Arnaud Psarofaghis SUI and Oman Air with Phil Robertson NZL on equal points. Alinghi missed two races of the six races due to a damage on the boat, but was able to position himself well in the overall standings with two race wins. The leaderboard and the daily report.
