Classes ACVL – Geneva-Rolle-Geneva – YC Genève

As predicted, light winds prevailed at this years edition of Geneva-Rolle-Geneva. Too little wind for the foilers. Therefore, as in recent years, the classic Lake Geneva catamarans dominated the race. After just over 6 hours elapsed time, Ernesto Bertarelli SNG won the regatta with his Alinghi half an hour ahead of Guy De Picciotto SNG and his Zen Too team. Close behind it follows the Rio Olympian Romuald Hausser CNV helming Realteam. The best of the M2 catamarans was Yvan Ducros in 12th place. Best Monohull was François Thorens in 23rd with the Psaros 40 TBS. Vendée Globe veteran Jean-Pierre Dick FRA finished 27 th with his Easy-to-Fly foiling catamaran. The Ranking and the Event Website.
