With Artemis finally dropping the start to New Zealand on do-or-die race 7 and the kiwis streaking off to a big early lead, we figured it was the perfect time to post this world-exclusive interview with the loquacious young Peter Burling. With thanks to SA’er Jaysper:

MEDIA: Peter, can you please explain what was happening when you had trouble lowering the daggerboard in that last leg of race 3.

MEDIA: Some media commentators are describing the situation where the other challengers are training with the defence as a mega-sized reach around. Is that how you see it?
