Rob Douglas (Cabrinha Kites, above) reclaims the Sosh Cup for Team USA and defeats the current world speed record holders in Windsurfing and Kitesurfing, Anotine Albeau and Alex Caizergues. During the event, Rob also set a new course record of 46.53 knots…….the 3rd year in a row that Rob has set a new course record for Leucate!
