Unlike the publicity-whoring Blunderland or the slick-and-polished Jessica Watson, Dutch teen Laura Dekker worked to keep herself out of the limelight for the majority of her record-breaking (though unofficial) voyage around the world. Better-known for the court battles than her actual trip, Laura proved to be plucky, competent, and older than her years in the few looks we had of her; now we’ll all have a much bigger chance to get to know her a lot better, though release details are sketchy; all we know is her documentary has already won awards in Telluride, SXSW, and Camden, and the sizzle looks pretty sizzle.
