We’ve all learned that the McDonald’s hot coffee lawsuit wasn’t quite as silly as it first sounded, but a lawsuit filed last week is even harder to swallow. Masshole Norman Pelletier claims he should have been warned that the Danversport Yacht Club’s metal marina ramp would be hot enough to burn his bare fee on a sunny June day, and he says the YC should pay for the second-degree burns he received.
