Recent 10 nautical mile end of the season "Fray in the Bay" sailed in the harbor confines of the
Duluth, MN – Superior, WI front channel, found a B-25, "Swedish Magic", chasing a 41′ X- 1 Ton,
"Arbitrage". "Magic" held off the much bigger yacht for 3 miles, rounded the red/white mid-channel first, and then jumped on the X- boat’s transom, never more than 6 – 10 feet away.
It was an effortless, 5 mile broad and beam reaching "tow job" at 7+ knots, all the way to the final turning mark. Thanks to Kenji Ogura for the picture!
