Now this is yacht racing…

For the fourth consecutive year the World Championship of Canned Sardine happened in Prefailles (France, near Nantes).

The race is an optimist regatta only for women (the mackerels caught by the jury have Random-Turn penalty for breaking the RRS "being a man in a woman competition"). Once again, great ambiance between the 50 sardines on the water with the sardine parade as a climax on Saturday evening.
