Update: A win or two today move a couple of competitors up, but as of now the medal chances in sailing for the US look bleak… The Olympics sailing games ain’t going too well: Rob Crane 39th in the Laser, Finn sailor Zach Railey 13th, Erik Storck and Trevor Moore 7th in the 49er, Mark Mendelblatt & Brian Fatih in 6th in the Star, Paige Railey 5th (Laser Radial) and Anna Tunnicliffe, Molly O’Bryan Vandemoer and Debbie Capozzi are 2-2. Hope they all improve, otherwise the sound of US Sailing committing mass suicide will be deafening…
