it blows

Sometimes it actually blows in San Diego, and usually with mixed results. For the big bad Nood, some fleets got in 10 races, some only got one day in, like the I-14s (pictured here in the South Bay), some races were abandoned, and some classes chose not to race (Flying Tigers) at all on Sunday, which saw brisk breeze in the 20’s.
