Proving there is nothing that lawyers and lawsuits can’t attempt to royally fuck with, a group called Waterfront Watch is has filed a lawsuit, naming seemingly everyone ever associated with the AC. Most of the suit looks to be about alleged violations of the California Environmental Quality Act and related issues.
