General Tapioca, a well known half tonner in European waters, fell off the trailer just after departure from there shipyard in Nieuwpoort (Belgium).They where underway for the Obélix Trophy this weekend in France. They had just completed a nice refit, lots of preparation, day evening and night work. All gone in 1 second. The boat is underway to another shipyard in Brussels (Belgium) now for big repairs.
