the real amazonia

We’ve been looking for a chance to use this Kanai illustration of what we wish the Amazon was really like, but for a very deep and satisfying taste of the real Amazon, check out award-winning author Jean-François Diné’s “From The Orinoco To The Amazon On A 10 Meter Sailboat” for FREE and with a good translation into English.  This book was the first complete tour of Amazonia in the history of boating, and it sold so well in France over the past few years that Diné was able to trade in his home-built yacht for something a little shinier.  He continues to cruise in far-off lands while exploring and writing.
