100 and counting…

From our friends with Seascape 18

We are at our second Paris boatshow and the general climate in our camp is optimistic.
Our favourite Open 60 sailor Roland Jourdain (who won the Route du Rhum for the second consecutive time) Seascape designer Sam Manuard came 4th on his own design in Class40, we got "Coup de coeur" title from the of Voiles et voilers magazine, and maybe most important of all, on Thursday, December 10th we are throwing "100 Seascapes Sold" party on our stand in Paris (1E92).

Our owners are today spread from Croatia to Norway and from Plymouth to Prague with biggest fleets in Austria, France and Germany. We believe trends on opened markets will remain positive and hopefully UK, Italy and other that we plan to work on in 2011 will follow their example. With all that we are looking with excitement into 2011 season.

In existing one design circuits that sprung up in Croatia, France, Austria and Slovenia we are happy to see that prime interest of our owners lies in relaxed fun and learning and not so much in cut-throat competition. That said about 35 Seascapes attended races in 2010 season which already brought some serious fun factor in the class life.

Anyone interested in more details is warmly invited to visit us in Paris (December 4th – 12th) or Dusseldorf (January 22nd – 30th) boatshows.
