Most clubs have a very relaxed attitude of Wed night Beer Can Races. Fayerweather Yacht Club however is not one of them. Over the years this series has progressed with increasing enthusiasm and competitive nature. The end of July had some interesting barging and three collisions (two of which between the same boats within 3 minutes of each other (I think I heard someone say “take that”)). To make a long story short we made a committee boat change last week. I’m hoping the skippers will start behaving themselves. anarchist Andrew.
