no myth
Is it about time to step up to a new platform? Do the TP 52’s now racing handicap around the world look intriguing? Then here’s an opportunity to get into an older 52 that is updated and good to go. Apollo, formerly Panthera and Beau Geste was built by Southern
Ocean Marine in 2004. Farr Yacht Design was commissioned to
design their first Transpac 52, Beau Geste, to be a rugged offshore
construction capable of competing in all of the classic yacht races
around the world.
Apollo has been constantly updated and optimised for IRC racing
and now sports a new keel fin and bulb, new (2nd) weight-optimized
bow sprit, a square-top mainsail, split backstays, upgraded backstay,
winch system and more. Check it.
