The What Is It subject from a few weeks back is getting ready to go and it should be a rocket – a Bakewell-White 36′ that will be run by the team at Evolution Sails. What’s cool about this boat and project (despite the confederate flag – wtf?) is that they are flipping the bird to IRC. It is designed to be a fast offshore weapon with the idea of going fast, not conforming to a rule that tends to create heavy boats. Good on ’em and we will watch this project closely and of course get tons of details, reports and pictures from the Evo boys.
