Another year, another attendance record broken – not a lot of regattas can say that nowadays, but Charleston Race Week can do it yet again this year. 180 entries on the scratch sheet at the moment, and they tell us they’re extending the late registration fee so it won’t apply until the end of Wednesday, so get yours in. An IRC fleet, a mixed sporty fleet, big-boat IRC, lotsa PHRF, and the biggest numbers of 2010 for the Viper, Melges 24, J/80, Melges 20 (maybe) and strangely enough, the first one-design start for the Tripp 26 – anywhere – in years. Get your entries in!
