The Suit
We gotta admit – we just can’t quite figure Goetz out. Long considered one of the top custom boat builders anywhere, they were victimized by the economic downturn and forced to file bankruptcy and reorganize, and they started another version of Goetz. But after some promising new projects on the books, they now have the burden of a pretty ugly lawsuit from one of them to deal with. Sadly, they have not responded to a couple of inquiries from us, so here is the suit and we’ll leave it to the courts to decide who is right and who is wrong.
