Green Machine

From the King’s Point boys on Vanquish STP65 in the Marblehead to Halifax race:

Started in shifty and puffy NW’ly which did not last long.  Caught some seabreeze, and are currently heading south of rumb line looking for better gradient and a way through what looks like a bit of slow sailing ahead.  Currently watching a great sunset after a delicious meal of freeze dried spaghetti, cruising along at 11 knots of boatspeed in 11 knots of wind with an A2 and staysail.  After a month of rain in the Northeast it is a great evening at sea.  Rambler is ahead and to weather of us, and Zeraffa having caught the sea breeze first is astern on the horizon with Bella Pita.  Hoping to keep Rambler in our sights and dust the others….but we’ll see how that works out…..Photo thanks to Leighton O’Connor.
