This weekend Jürg Menzi, in the last years one of the most successful 5.5m sailors and former Soling crack, has taken the helm of his brand new SUI-222 built by Wilke, who is also famous for his Finn masts. The new yacht, designed by Sébastin Schmidt, will participate in next weekend’s Easter Race on Lake Thun/Switzerland. One of her competition will be her sister ship SUI-223 owned by Bruno Marazzi, with his son,the Swiss Star olympian Flavio Marazzi, on board.
