Born Again?
We were bummed when a few weeks ago we told you about Goetz Custom Boats going into receivership. When they laid off all 75 employees, it looked like a lost cause, but then today there is good news! From Goetz directly:
Over the last few weeks, the receiver and company management successfully negotiated with the two customers to resume work and progress payments on both projects. The receiver of the company is in negotiations with a potential buyer, whose plan is to buy the business as an on going concern, and who will keep the business in Bristol.
Good – the business and the sport need them and let’s hope for the best for them.
