Where’s the Beer?

Two fishermen were rescued on Saturday after spending a month floating in the Torres Strait, off the coast of Australia, in a chilly bin.

Two Burmese fishermen survived almost a month floating in a large chilly bin after their small wooden boat sank in the Torres Strait off northern Australia two days before Christmas.

The pair, aged in their 20s, are recovering in the Thursday Island Hospital, off the tip of the Cape York Peninsula, the Seven Network reported.
The men, dehydrated and exhausted, were spotted on Saturday by a routine border patrol and were soon plucked from the ocean by an Emergency Management Queensland helicopter flown by pilot Terry Gadenne. Photo / AP. Thanks to anarchist rodz for the heads up!
