Crouching Tiger, Draggin’

Crouching Tiger, Draggin’

We had the good fortune to time our visit to San Diego last week with the arrival of the prototype Flying Tiger 7.5 prototype.  We enjoyed a mellow sail with the Ed, K.Lo, and the other Ed during the New Year’s Day Race, and then we went out for a video/photo shoot of the boat and got to sail her some more.  We’re now dragging the boat 2800 miles (writing this from Glen Canyon, AZ), bringing her to the East Coast so her crew can get her down to Key West – and we figure’d it would be fun to take some shots along the way.  Our first photo installment takes you from SD to Vegas;  the chicks taking on downtown, the lights of the Strip, and a crappy phonecam pic of Kid Rock checking out our ride in valet parking at the Bellagio in Las Vegas – though whether he was looking at Mer, Kuma, or the Tiger, I’ll never know.  You just have to stop in Vegas, even if you have to find parking with a 50 foot rig with 3 inches of ground clearance – and I broke even on the dice (yeah, right!)
