George David’s big ocean racer Rambler has enjoyed a hell of a run the past few years, as has George himself. By all accounts he is one of the true business geniuses of our time, but he wasn’t smart enough to avoid a nasty divorce and the public disclosures that go along with it. His loss is our gain – how else would you know that it costs $96,000 each week to run the Rambler program? Hats off to Mr. David for doing such a find job at supporting wayward sailors.
