WASHINGTON — Courts must be wary of second-guessing the military’s considered judgments, the Supreme Court said Wednesday in lifting judicial restrictions on submarine training exercises off the coast of Southern California that may harm marine mammals. Get used to these sort of rulings as this is what happens when you have ultra-conservative Supreme Court judges like Roberts and Alito appointed by the Chimp making these sort of decisions. Our only surprise is that they didn’t also vote to have all those pesky whales systematically slaughtered. But of course only in the interest of national defense….
