The IMOCAs They Are A’ Changin’

With interest in the Open 60 and brand new boats galore setting up for the Vendee Globe just weeks away, it’s an odd time for rule proposals that will outlaw much of the fleet. Still, IMOCA is discussing precisely those changes, including hard limits on rig height, bulb weight, and water ballast.
