Moore 24 Nationals were an absolute blast. The bay served up great conditions
ranging from T-shirt weather to near nuclear conditions. The Richmond
YC did a fantastic job of hosting and got off all 9 races without a hitch,
including a distance race up to Blackaller and back down to Richmond.
There were 33 Moore 24’s on the line, including a large contingent from
the Northwest fleet. Everyone was treated to great racing and seriously
fun downwind action. The regatta was decided on the final day, with David
Hodges and Scott Walecka on Adios claiming the title. Scott Easom was
right behind in second, closely followed by Gruntled in third. Complete
results are at the Moore 24 website.
