Land Busted

These
pictures are from my trip out to the Washington Coast last month where
I was testing my home-built
land sailor. A nice sea breeze and good sand made for decent conditions,
but I ran into an obstacle. The beach is considered a state highway, and
although you are allowed to walk, push a stroller, bike, drive a car and
land an airplane, sailing of any kind is not allowed. Take a look at the
view of the Park Ranger that we thankfully didn’t have to look at. Fortunately for me, Park Rangers
don’t work 24/7…
