Randall Pitman’s Genuine Risk was one of the most disappointing programs of the 21st Century. Despite a pimp look and plenty of hired guns hired to get the big CBTF boat to move, GR never showed any promise, and has been sitting in a shed in Sarnia, Ontario for a while, collecting dust.

Today she was splashed in preparation for the Chicago-Mackinac race, which starts in just a couple of weeks, and after that, she becomes a donation to King’s Point. Is it the last chance for a badass boat to do something besides lose?
