The Coast Guard in Port Canaveral got more than the satisfaction of saving
a man from a drifting sailboat Tuesday night, they got to put a wanted
sex offender from Georgia behind bars. Officials charged Stephen Alexander
Bell, 40, of Tybee Island, Ga. with violating his probation from a child
molestation charge in 2004 and possession of a stolen sailboat.
