Dry Docket

Aside from the trippy experience of being in a crowded courtroom as a
reporter rather than an attorney, yesterday’s hearing at the New York
Supreme Court was almost completely lacking in surprises. Since the other
talking heads have already spent their time dissecting the judge and parties’
words, I’m going to try to cut through the crap a bit, since a great deal
of you don’t actually understand what yesterday was about.
