talking about a boat named after a kitty. Seriously, though, the
born-on-Anarchy Flying
Tiger 10-meter is going off. With race wins around the country, and an extremely
satisfied group of 50+ new owners, the boat and class deserve some
real kudos. Of course, it might be just another dead concept without
SA…

With
the weak dollar, a large number of new deposits are coming from
Europe, South Africa, and Australia. By my figuring, the FT-10 is
now more than $10,000 cheaper than a new Melges 24 in those
locations, and just more than a third of what a race-ready Melges 32
will cost you. Y’all know that I adore the Melges, but it’s
hard to argue with a bargain like that for a 33-foot boat that rolls
like this one.
