love to see something new – especially in one of our favorite
places, Cabo San Lucas. NZL 81 and 82 just arrived there, Mexico from Valencia (82) and Auckland (81) after some seriously long journeys via ship, truck, and their own bottoms. Cabo
Adventures is selling three hour tours on the Cup boats that include a real,
one-hour match race, and the price is actually reasonable – so
long as you haven’t blown your holiday budget on the hookers
and blow that make Los Cabos the place we love so much. The boats
are crewed by 9 Kiwis and 4 Mexicans, and we wish them luck, and a
quiet hurricane season. This is adaptive re-use at its best.
